Abigail & Judith Bains, Danny Greaves and Adam Patterson did us all proud.
They were marvellous and finished in very credible times.
Groups went off at 300 at a time. Our stars were all together which was good.
Danny finished 100th in 32mins 56 which is incredible as he didn’t even train for it!
Abi and her Mum (Judith) were 33m 33s and 33m 32s and had no idea they were actually swimming right next to each other!
Adam who has swum in the past but never anything like this actually finished 2nd in 23mins 52s and came 52nd out of the 5,000 entrants.
