Art Exhibition, Wimbledon College Of Art – 9th, 10th & 11th December 2010

Karen’s Journey: Art opened on the 9th December at Wimbledon Art College and was a massive success, raising over £4000.00 in just 3 hours!

Geraldine O’Reilly, who organised the event, said  “I am so thankful for everyone who attended and, of course, to all the contributors who donated the artwork and their time, free of charge to this worthwhile cause.”

Some of the pieces on offer included models of jumping rabbits from the Sony Bravia advert which was broadcast in October 2007 which Karen worked on.

Other items included a cake making machine called the “InstaKarenoMatic” which was donated by Ketan Waiker, who worked with Karen on a short film called When I Stand On The Moon and other projects.

The show will be open from 9am – 5pm on Saturday 11th December 2010.
Below are some pictures from the opening night.
